Return Policy

We have a limited 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days of the carrier showing that the package was delivered to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with the items being returned on it.  Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customers responsibility and we do not issue return labels.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@docsfullboreoutdoor.com or go to your your online account on this website and select your order returns to start the return process.

Once your return has been approved, we’ll send email you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items


* Special Ordered parts or accessories which includes any non-stocking item that needed to be ordered from the vendor at the time of your order.

* Any electrical item such as fuel pumps, charging rectifiers, stators, fuel injectors, alternators, light bulbs, wire harnesses, or specialty electrical testers.

* Oil or lubricants 
* Gift cards or store credits.
* Dealer to Dealer Orders.

Damages and Issues

You have 15 days to inspect your order and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. If the package is damaged and either the contents are missing or damaged please contact us immediately of receiving the package so if the package was insured a claims process can begin.

If we made an error on your order like shipping you the wrong parts or missed a part, we will fix it at no cost to you.

Refund Policy

Your refund will automatically process if the there were no issues with the returned parts.  Refund Processing can take up to 7 business days of receipt of the package. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.   If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@docsfullboreoutdoor.com.

Dealer to dealer orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
