Model Notes:
The Centaur 8x8 was introduced for model year 2000 in both diesel and petrol versions. Engines initially were 31hp petrol and 26hp non-turbo diesel and within a few model years were upgraded to 34hp petrol and 34hp turbo-diesel. In the USA the diesel was the most popular version and is referenced as the Centaur 950 DT 8x8. 2016 was the final production year for the Centaur due to the Daihatsu diesel (Imported as a Briggs Diesel) engine no longer meeting emissions and lack of sales. Many of the Centaur parts and engine parts are becoming hard to find since the model has been out of production now for 10 years.
