We do our best to stock the most popular parts and accessories, however you may need a part that shows out of stock / special order.
The lead time for special ordered parts from our vendors can range on average from 4 - 8 business days to the dealer level depending on availability at their warehouse. Select Argo parts coming in from Canada can take 12 - 45 days if they are oversized or are manufactured as orders are placed by the dealer.
A representative will contact you if the item you are ordering has an extended delivery time exceeding the normal 4 - 8 business days.
Please note that special ordered parts or accessories are not returnable.

Order Processing Times:
In-stock orders placed by 12pm central time Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will normally ship the same day unless its an extremely large quantity order or requires special packaging such as freight shipments. In-stock orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will normally ship on Monday unless its a holiday.
Shipping Methods (Domestic - Contiguous 48 States) - Consumer & Dealer:
Carriers: UPS, Fed-Ex, and US Postal Service (USPS), Freight Truck, Regional Carriers
Standard ground shipping: 4-6 business days*
All standard flat rate shipping is via basic ground service. We reserve the right to choose the carrier based on your location and address. P.O. Box shipments will always ship via USPS.
Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days*
Expedited shipping is at the quoted rate by the carrier for all expedited packages.
Freight Truck: 5-8 business days*
Freight truck items are oversized and have a processing time of 3 business days to pallet and allow the trucking service to arrive.
Package Insurance: Packages $150 and greater will have insurance for the product value through the delivery carrier. Orders under $150 insurance is optional. Uninsured packages that are lost or damaged cannot be refunded or replaced. We must be notified immediately of any claims within 24 hours of receipt of insured damaged package.

Standard ground shipping: 6-9 business days*
All standard flat rate shipping is via basic ground service. We reserve the right to choose the carrier based on your location and address. P.O. Box shipments will always ship via USPS. Shipping rates outside of the contiguous 48 States may be higher than the quoted rate due to packaging size and a representative will call if additional funds are needed to cover the cost of shipping to your address.
Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days*
Expedited shipping is at the quoted rate by the carrier for all expedited packages.
Freight Truck:
We do not ship large pallet orders outside of the contiguous USA. Large accessories such as tracks, frames, skid plates, or chassis tub/bodies cannot ship outside of the contiguous USA and you will be contacted that we will need to cancel these items.
Package Insurance:
Packages $150 and greater will have insurance for the product value through the delivery carrier. Orders under $150 insurance is optional and is the customers choice at checkout. Uninsured packages that are lost or damaged cannot be refunded or replaced. We must be notified immediately of any claims within 24 hours of receipt of insured damaged package.

International shipping: 3-8 business days*
Expedited shipping is at the quoted rate by the carrier for all expedited packages. We cannot ship lubricants or any flammable item, oversized accessories like tracks or canvas tops, engines, or breakable products such as windshields internationally. We are not responsible for import customs delays which can add 1 - 4 business days to clear the package and may require you to call or supply the carrier with additional information for clearance.
International Package Insurance:
All International package no matter the value will have insurance for the product value through the delivery carrier. We must be notified immediately of any claims within 24 hours of receipt of a damaged package via email with photos to forward to the carrier.
Freight Truck:
We do not ship large pallet orders Internationally. Large accessories such as tracks, frames, skid plates, or chassis tub/bodies cannot ship outside of the contiguous USA and you will be contacted that we will need to cancel these items.
Customs:
The shipping rates quoted DO NOT include any duties, VAT, or any fee your country may add to the entry cost of the package into your Country. These fees would be payable to the carrier before delivery and are the customers responsibility. Unpaid orders returned to us will not be refunded shipping and the return cost of the package will be deducted from the order total refund once all items are check-in and accounted for.
Off-Road Vehicle & Mower Shipments:
We ship off-road vehicles such as Argo 6x6 and 8x8 vehicles, along with riding mowers, and snowblowers Nationwide through either a network of commercial carriers or contracted private carriers/hotshots. Pre-shipping communication and scheduling will take place before the vehicle leaves our dealership. Its is your responsibility to have the proper equipment and location to allow the truck to unload in a safe manner which could mean not in a residential area if the truck is to large to turn around on dead-end street or in small cul-de-sacs. These obstacles must be communicated before the shipment leaves so the carrier can make arrangements. Delivery surprises will result in additional fees charged by the carrier.

Return Policy
We have a limited 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days of the carrier showing that the package was delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with the items being returned on it. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customers responsibility and we do not issue return labels.

Once your return has been approved, we’ll send email you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
* Special Ordered parts or accessories which includes any non-stocking item that needed to be ordered from the vendor at the time of your order.
* Any electrical item such as fuel pumps, charging rectifiers, stators, fuel injectors, alternators, light bulbs, wire harnesses, or specialty electrical testers.
* Oil or lubricants
* Gift cards or store credits.
* Dealer to Dealer Orders.
Damages and Issues
You have 15 days to inspect your order and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. If the package is damaged and either the contents are missing or damaged please contact us immediately of receiving the package so if the package was insured a claims process can begin.
If we made an error on your order like shipping you the wrong parts or missed a part, we will fix it at no cost to you.
Refund Policy
Your refund will automatically process if the there were no issues with the returned parts. Refund Processing can take up to 7 business days of receipt of the package. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@docsfullboreoutdoor.com.
Dealer to dealer orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

This kit uses 60-1 size chain for the rear chains. If your Conquest or Response has single 50-2 size for the rear 4 chains you will need to order kit CK-105.
