CTK-106 - IDLER CHAIN TENSIONER KIT - FRONTIER (2022+)

Complete transmission idler chain adjuster kit for one side of the transmission.  Order two kits if you need to do both sides.  Includes both arms, slider blocks, hardware, and spring.  
  
Fits XTV Models:  
  
Frontier 6x6 (2023+)  
Frontier 8s8 (2022+)  
  
Will not work on any Frontier model 2021 or older.  
  
  
Kit Includes:  

(2) 200-0108-150-004 - SCHS 3/8" Bolts

(1) 200-0109 - Spring

(2) 500-0092 - Tensioner Arms

(2) 500-0093 - Slider Block

(2) 10005J - Washer  (May or may not need for alignment)  
  
  
**Tech Note:  
  
**It is recommended to red loctite the bolts into the frame bracket to prevent them from backing out, as this has been an issue due to vibration and binding of the arm.   The washers provided may or may not be used based on the alignment and how tight the arm is once the bolt is seated. Do a dry run to make sure the arm has free movement before applying the red loctite and installing it for good.  
  
Before snapping the slider block onto the arm, it's recommended to place the plastic block in hot water for a few minutes to soften the plastic to prevent it from snapping during installation.
