(1) 101-35  OUTER 1.25" BEARING  
(1) 200-0184-001 INNER 1.0" BEARING  
(2) 605-89  CORK GASKETS  
(1) 605-97  OUTER FLANGE W/ SEALS PRESSED IN

  
If you only need the two seals and not the complete outer flange, order kit #BK-100SB.
